How onboarding runs

This timeline reflects current pilot terms. Final onboarding approval and commercial commitments require founder review.

Day 0-2
Intake and readiness setup
- Confirm partner segment, lead types, geography, and working hours.
- Capture contact map: primary owner, backup responder, escalation contact.
- Start enablement notes with owner, open actions, and next check-in date.
Milestone: Profile, contact map, and enablement note are complete.

Day 3-7
First-response readiness
- Run onboarding session on lead workflow and response expectations.
- Complete one lead simulation or first live lead response.
- Validate response format: acknowledgement, fit statement, and next-step ETA.
Milestone: One end-to-end thread is handled with acceptable response quality.

Day 8-14
Stabilization and quality coaching
- Review speed trend and no-response incidents.
- Identify top recurring quality gaps and share focused coaching actions.
- Track acknowledgement of corrective actions in enablement notes.
Milestone: Quality gaps and corrective actions are documented and acknowledged.

SLA expectations

First acknowledgement in <= 15 minutes during business hours.
Human commercial response in <= 2 working hours.
Indicative quote in <= 24 working hours for stock vehicles.
Indicative quote in <= 72 working hours for body-build or complex scope (with progress updates).

Response nudges

Nudge #1 (4h): Please confirm receipt and ETA for first response.
Nudge #2 (24h): Share acknowledgement and next update time today.
Escalation (48h): No response yet; backup contact now required.

Human review required

Onboarding approval decisions.
Commercial exceptions or changes to terms.
Changes to SLA commitments or response commitments.
Strategic partner commitments or exclusivity commitments.
