Commercial terms for using TruckCheck

TruckCheck simplifies sourcing and quotation, but final supply remains subject to the partner offer and customer acceptance process.

Operating principles

  1. 1TruckCheck acts as a quotation and procurement facilitation platform between buyers and approved partners.
  2. 2Vehicle and partner information is sourced from official and commercial sources but may change without notice.
  3. 3Submitted enquiries are reviewed by TruckCheck before being routed through the relevant approved supplier workflow.
  4. 4TruckCheck may compile, normalize, and summarize offers for the customer before any direct sales agreement is made.
  5. 5Final vehicle specification, price, stock status, and delivery timing remain subject to supplier confirmation.

For buyers

One brief, many offers

Submit a single enquiry and TruckCheck manages the multi-party quoting process on your behalf until you accept a supplier offer.

  • Contact details stay with TruckCheck
  • Recommendation sent after review

For partners

Masked RFQs and clear SLAs

Partners operate against the TruckCheck commercial desk, not directly with the buyer, and receive structured briefs aligned to pilot SLAs.

  • Acknowledge quickly, quote within agreed windows
  • Commercial exceptions routed to human review
